from Suman Pramanik (CA) to Everyone:
@ Anil - For more infomation please refer to Change Impact & Upgrade Guide
from Anil to Everyone:

any more questions?
from Sandeep Patil to Everyone:
If I open the Cost plan detail layout, there is timescaled field "Amounts by Period" which shows the timescaled value for period we have selected. I need to export the "Amouny By period" for the entire duration of project into excel.
from Sandeep Patil to Everyone:
Suppose in timescale I set timeperiods of 12months but project is of 3years duration. If i export then I will get data of only 12months, but I need the export of "Amount by Period" of Cost plan for entire project duration. Is it possible?
from Nitin Agarwal (CA) to Everyone:
@Sandeep : The data that gets displayes on the UI is the one that is getting exported
from Nitin Agarwal (CA) to Everyone:
*displayed
from Nitin Agarwal (CA) to Everyone:
@Sandeep : Should you want more data , you would have to configure your TSV to display that data first . (keeping in mind that the slice contains that data)
from Sandeep Patil to Everyone:
So i need to select the timeperiod based on duration of project?
from Nitin Agarwal (CA) to Everyone:
@Sandeep : Yes . Your TSV should cover the duration and also the slice should have the relevant data , else you will see an alert which mentions that the time scale does not contain data
from Sandeep Patil to Everyone:
What if one of the project is of 3years duration and another say 2years? For each project then TSV would be needed to be changed?
from Nitin Agarwal (CA) to Everyone:
@Sandeep : Yes . You are correct
from Shyam Beerakayala (CA) to Everyone:
any more questions?
from Sandeep Patil to Everyone:
@Nitin: Thanks for confirmation. But this will not be convinient for Project manager to export Cost plan data if he is PM of many projects having different durations.
from Shyam Beerakayala (CA) to Everyone:
@Sandeep, I think you have a good idea here, from what I hear, you want Clarity to auto-configure the TSV based on the duration of the project?
from Sandeep Patil to Everyone:
Yes.
from Sandeep Patil to Everyone:
Next question If we go for upgrade I just wanted to confirm will the audit records of previous version will be intact in the next upgraded version?
from Shyam Beerakayala (CA) to Everyone:
@Sandeep, I would encourage you to submit an idea on the communities
from Sandeep Patil to Everyone:
@Shyam: Sure I will raise it.
from Suman Pramanik (CA) to Everyone:
@ Sandeep - Yes audit history will be retained
from Shyam Beerakayala (CA) to Everyone:
@Sandeep, thanks
from Sandeep Patil to Everyone:
@Suman: Thanks
from Shyam Beerakayala (CA) to Everyone:
