Service Desk -Attachments

This is regarding the service desk attachments,

While trying to add an attachment in SD, its shows below error.

"Unable to connect make sure servlet server is correct and Tomcat is up and running."

Even the below URL is not working :-



But when the attachment is added from the server it allows to add. But outside the server it shows above error.
