  • 1.  In AA Setup, HTMPL file publish fails with a Timeout error if there are multiple webengines mapped to the local Webdirector setup on the Application Servers

    Hello Everyone, Please make a note of a Critical Problem identified

     

    In ServiceDesk versions R12.9 and R14.1, if there are multiple webengines mapped to a local Webdirector on the Application servers, then if you try to publish a modified HTMPL form from Web Screen Painter (WSP) on the Background server, it will result in a Timeout Error as shown below:

    Solution to this is via a patch. Please open a Support Case and request for Patch to fix Prob # 3280
