  • 1.  Missing some of QOS_URL_STRINGFOUND data in the database

Was scratching my head trying to figure out why some of expected data is not available in the database.

I have installed url_response probe to 2 different hosts and has configured series of profiles in both probes (each url response profile are testing different set of url).

However, after letting it run for more than a day, I could only found QOS_URL_STRINGFOUND data which belongs to only profiles from one robot(host) and not the other one.

Both robots are connected to the same hub. I've restarted as well as deleted and reinstalled the probe on the robot with missing values but it still does not resolve the issue.

Anything I miss or any clue where should i look to find the root cause?

    Update:

Finally found the cause of the missing data. Apparently, I have forgotten to tick the option to collect the Sub-string found QoS in the QoS tab of the configuration for all the profiles in the server in question.

    Thanks all anyway.
