Hi
It appears that knowledge-base content ("TEC" articles) can become "retired" and thus inaccessible to us "users".
This is not very useful, and certainly not helpful in the context of building up a "knowledge base" of information (do we all just forget "knowledge" after a while I wonder?)
The problem becomes visible when someone has in the past referred to a TEC article, but the link no longer works and searching fails to find the content - for example here in the Clarity area ; https://communities.ca.com/message/63275363#63275363
I suggest that when KB content is deemed "retired" it should just be marked as such (or marked "fixed in v x.x", which I would expect KB content to have been done anyway) and not removed / made inaccessible.
Dave.
