We are using WEBSEAL for SSO.
We have upgraded Clarity from 13.2 to 14.2 Patch01 yesterday in our Integration Environment
After upgrade SSO URL is showing blank.
Any Ideas how to troubleshoot this..
I could login without SSO..
Internet Explorer Browser History was the root cause for the problem...
After deleting the Browser History by unchecking " Preserve Favorite website data" , SSO is working fine.
You should probably user fiddler to capture the http/https url prior to upgrade and now to see where it is breaking.
If we uncheck the Use SSO from CSA, we can open Calrity.We had upgraded 2 other environments, those worked fine..we got error in this environment..
So its shouldn't be the upgrade, still you can do a fiddler trace and they will gather the traffic and will help in further investigation. Also compare the setting in other environment with this one. Is app-ca log logging any information.

Yes thats the first point and if you want to do some advance troubleshooting then fiddler can help. Also when you hit the CA PPM URL, do you see any update in app access logs which says the incoming request. You will find information like

After changing the logs to debug mode I could see errors in app-ca.log

I dont see any error, are you able to login without SSO
