    Issue: While in Maintenance Mode, if the device is rebooted, Spectrum may assert an SNMP Engine Reboot alarm after the device it taken out of Maintenance Mode.

    Root Cause: The intelligence surrounding SNMP Engine Boot alarm is not "Maintenance Mode" aware.
