CA Technologies is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In order to focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be dropping support on CA PPM selected Add-in Products which include: Service Connect, Business Relationship Manager, PPM Essentials Accelerator, Catalyst Connector, Connector for Unicenter Asset Portfolio Manager and Connector for Unicenter Service Desk and Software Change Manager. Some of these products constitute the option “CA Clarity PPM for IT Governance,” thus that option is End of Life as well.


Communication sent to customer base is attached.  Please note:  you may have received this announcement as a PPM customer.  It was sent to all PPM customers as the add-in products were available via the core product in releases 12.x through 14.2.
