  • 1.  Portal changes requests triggering emails to internal staff

    Hello All,

    does anyone know if the Admins and internal users get notified via email if a Developer asks for a change of API Plan?

    I read that the OrgAdmin and Devs do get notified when their plans are approved/rejected and that is fine but what about when they are the ones asking, do the internal staff get notified?

    Hi GARMA26,

     

    I believe they do get notified via email as well as dashboard alerts on the user with the appropriate internal role for approving or rejecting such requests, yes. Have you seen this not occurring as expected in an environment, or was it just a general question for the future?

    Hi Dustin,

    Thank you for the reply, that is what I thought too, but our customer is saying that it is not happening, so I am a bit confused,

    I will send them to support then, what do you think?

    Yes please, send them to Support and we can take care of it and investigate further. We will likely want to have a WebEx session with them.
