Clarity

  • 1.  Double click needed to change Request status

    How would you go tracking to find the reason why double click is needed to change the request status. That is the first click seems to be ignored and only the second changes the status.

    v13,2, no errors.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    Sorry it is not Change Request

    It is to change a Request for resource (allocation I take it)

    I need to test that a little more, before getting a screenshot.

    It is starting look like standard functionality: When you click an editable field with a lookup The first click selects the field and turns on the edit mode. The the next click displays the values.

     

    I don't think you could display the list with a single click?

    The attached view is from the sandbox and v13.3 while the problem occurs for one user in v13.2.

    In v13.2 if I click the area where the leftmost vertical is I never get the drop down list to open. If I click the white space after the text where the rightmost vertical is then the list opens with a slight delay.

    Another user cannot get it to open with a single click.

    The system has a couple of thousand resources and projects.

    No such problem on the sandbox. The list opens in a jiffy no matter where you click in the cell.

     

    How would you trace where is the problem the other user has?
