Incident7: Product Defect - PDM_LDAP_SYNC AND PDM_LDAP_IMPORT MAY FAIL
After applying first set of cumulative patches for Service Desk Manager r14.1, pdm_ldap_sync and pdm_ldap_import may stop working. Following error messages
can be seen in standard log files:
"ldap_sync 2736 SEVERE_ERROR bpmessage.c 779 BPMessage::operator: index
out-of-bounds max = 2"
Steps to reproduce:
Execute the following command:
> pdm_ldap_sync -l "userid = ?" -c ""
pdm_ldap_sync fails to update the contact details.
