  • 1.  Info on "incident_slice_status"

    I'm trying to understand why this column on PRTEAM gets triggered to slice / rollover (value = 3).  It only happens once a week. 

     

    Anybody have info on this column?  Which Slicequest ID is tied to this column?

    Check the slice definition on the Admin > Time Slices page

     

    If it's a weekly slice, it will roll-over weekly

    Thanks Joshi.  We don't have any Incidents in the database.  In other words, the table IMM_INCIDENTS is empty.  All records on the PRTEAM table are tied to Projects (INV_INVESTMENTS). 

     

    I don't understand why Slice ID 194 needs to even slice at all.  Any ideas?

    I've seen something similar before: No incidents in the system and still the incident slices being roller over.
