Hello, I would like to insert the tasks of my service request from IT PAM. How can you do it?
Certainly. Here is a link to the current Service Desk documentation on web services:
I think you would be interested in the “createWorkflowTask” web service.
Also in PAM, if you have clicked the button on the Home tab to “Browse Out-of-the-Box Content”, you should have a PAM_PreDefinedContent folder in your Library. Under the folder “11 Using SOAP Web Services” is an example process of how to use web services.

Can you clarify what you mean by task? Is this a user interaction in PAM that you need to insert into a Process design?
No, I want to create the classic workflow in IT PAM. And we see in the sdm workflow in SDM
The Service Desk connector did not include operators to interact with the SD classic workflow. But I believe ServiceDesk has web services to interact with classic workflow. Perhaps you can use the generic soap operator in PAM to call on those web services to accomplish what you are trying to do.
Can you provide me a document that could help me with the implementation.
The link you provided me was not found
Sorry. Try this:
It seemed to strip the plus signs out of the URL. The last part is Web Services Methods all separated by plus signs.
I am a beginner to work IT PAM. What are the steps to follow. Currently I created my client demand for IT PAM and I would try to assign demand it pam
Then I would definitely start with the tutorials in PAM. On the Home screen make sure you have clicked the “Browse the out-of-the-box content” button and then review the PAM_PreDefinedContent folder in the Library tab.
He returned me this message.Could you share me download on your side please.
I would recommend opening a support case on that. PAM imports an XML package into the library when you click that button so it is probably a permissions issue in the browser or something like that. Support can send you the export XML for the content to manually import which might get you around that problem.
I just created my workflow through IT PAM. Now I would attach the statutes of macro tasks. Are you can do it all in IT PAM?
