    Hi All,

     

    I want to trigger PAM process when people edit the catalog request ( before submitting ).

    Hi Amala,

    you can create a new rule and action for this.

    Go to Administration>Events-Rules-Actions>Request Change and create a new rule. Specify condition for this rule (correct order status) and than create a new action for calling your PAM process.
