HI Laqa,  have you tested this using a different browser to see if the problem occurs there as well, or if its specific to IE?

    Let us know,

    Thanks,

    Jon I.

    Hi Laqa

Have you checked the behavior from the other client box?

And is there any customization in the js file? If there is, is it possible to remove the custom files from the site\mods folder and check the behavior?

Regarding your update to the Jon, is it possible for us to understand that you tested the behavior on the Chrome and the Firefox?

    Best regards, Kosei

    Hi Aamir,

In addition to what Kosei and Jon had mentioned, you can add the SDM URL to the trusted sites and also to the compatibility view of IE.

    Thanks,

    Naveen

    Hi Laqa,

Looks like you have a custom .js under site\mods\www\wwwroot\scripts folder and that is causing the issue, can u try to remove it and clear cache and see if that works.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Avinash Kande

    Hi Laqa.

What version CA SDM do you have?

His image attached, seems to me a customization because the column " Location " appears in list_in . I do not remember that in any version.
Have you tried to find out what the other participants have reported?

    HI La-Qa,

What is your CA SDM version? I agree, possibly the problem is supportability, like said by Jon_Israel, look for documentation.

CA Service Desk Manager Release 14.1 Supportability+Matrix

CA Service Desk Manager Release 12.9 Certification Matrix

CA Service Desk Manager Release 12.7 Certification Matrix

I agree with Tiago Macul. Did you run as administrator?
