    Problem:

    During a new install of ccc, received the below error:
    Installation failed because an error occurred while attempting to modify the database schema.

     

     

    Solution:

    Verify the Oracle privileges needed, including the below

    EXECUTE DBMS_OUTPUT
    EXECUTE DBMS_SCHEDULER
    EXECUTE DBMS_XMLGEN
