Service Catalog Status ID 0

Creating the report where selecting the Request ID, Status and Status ID. But getting the records with no status name and status ID =0. Can anyone let me know how these records are coming blank and there is no ticket related to this request ID in Ca Service Catalog. I am using CA Service Catalog Version R12.9.
