Hi

Just wanted to know if CA API Gateway is present on cloud as well or is it just present as on-premise? If yes, can someone point me to the cloud version link please?

Yeah, CA API Gateway is available in the AWS cloud: SecureSpan Gateway on AWS Marketplace

Any idea if the CA API Proxy gateway comes with a cloud version as well?

Also, I saw that there's the CloudConnect Gateway as well. So are both CloudConnect as well as SecureSpan gateway among the different types of gateways provided in CA API gateway suite? And both on them can be installed directly on cloud?

The AWS gateway is the core technology gateway. Depending on which licence you purchase and install it will enable different features. So yes, all of the different variations are available in the cloud.

Could you give me some updated info about this Saas version of the CA API Gateway ? The last version on the AWS markeplace is the 8.2. Last software version is the 8.4 and 9.0 is on the roadmap. Is this solution always supported and developed ? Only a few info are available on the net.

We have 8.3 and 8.4 up there as well.

When in the marketplace and doing a search, type ssg in the search window.  All will appear.

Sorry but AWS marketplace returns there is no such items

Moreover these API Gateways version are not listed in CA marketplace vendor page.

Could you send me the right links ?

You should be able to find the AMI instance by searching for ssg.

1. From the list of Amazon Web Services, click the EC2 icon.
2. From the Amazon EC2 Dashboard, click AMIs under the Images section in the Navigation pane.
3. Filter the list by selecting Public Images.

There are two gotchas.

- Make sure you select Public Images.

- If you still can't find it, check the US West (N. California) area. You change the location in the upper right corner.
