We are using CA SDM 14.1 . Can anyone tell me if are you able to add HTML to personalized messages? I know you can add variables but how creative can users get with their personalized messages? Thanks in advance.
Service Desk notifications can be adjusted to include HTML code, is this what you mean by "personalized messages" or are you referring to something else?

please review HTML formatting for Manual Notifications in SDM 12.6. and vote/add your comments.
The documentation for personalized responses can be found here: Personalized Response - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation

A side note...this can't be done for manual notification as currently there is HTML accepted in manual notification.
you could still use this add some "personal" message to the email body for manual notification. for others, it should
