We have around 50 production support projects and our resources may work on any one of them at any time.  There are very few people with predictable levels of allocation on any one project.   For the most part, they handle random help desk tickets, so we don't know who's going to be working on what at any given time.  So what would be the best approach to entering their projected allocations?
