I have created Policy Xpress policies in Identity Manager to manage some Active Directory groups. I want to apply the policies to existing users that are already members of the groups. I need to do the same thing whenever any of these policies is modified. Can I use etautil to accomplish this?

Initially you can have the bulk task work on one user via some specific attribute and when you have it working as you want then find an attribute like department and run all of the users through the bulk task that will then execute the new policy xpress policy.

Do you mean the bulk loader? I am aware of it but have not used it. Can you give me a more detailed example of how I might do what you are suggesting?

I guess I should add that the policy is set to be evaluated after Modify User Events that are part of Provisioning Modify User or Modify User tasks.
I used etautil to put a value in an unused attribute to force a Provisioning Modify User. I'm interested to know if there are other ways to accomplish this.
As Glenda pointed out Bulk Task is probably the best way to do this.
Bulk Task is different than Bulk Loader. You pick a user population and then can run a task that triggers the new PX on all of those users.
Bulk Task has a user filter that you can set (e.g. All users who have a certain flag set) and then run the Modify Provisioning User task.
