    Hi Experts,

     

    I have a little problem with my CEM in a customer where I made a mistake... I repleaced the SSL/key to same IP, but it's wrong. Have a place in a server where I can recovery the .pem file or I need to import again?

    Hi Rafael,

     

    the keys are only stored (encrypted) on the TIM. If you replaced it the previous key is gone. You have to reimport it.

     

    Next time you can backup tim/config/webservers first.
