Tomcat and CPU Platform Monitor

I just put together a APM10 Tomcat agent running on Windows 2012. I do not see the CPU tree so I am assuming that the Platform Monitor is not included in the standard TC install. We put up a PerfMonCollector agent from the .NET agent but the user would like to have the CPU show up when selecting the Agent level. Can I force the Platform Monitor?
