Can anyone advise on how/where the SDM ticket history sorting is handled in USS. When you go in USS to your request history and click on "Try looking here" to show your SDM ticket history it seems the sorting is mixed and not set to latest to oldest.
it will show for example tickets in a strange order like this

2 Hours Ago
5 days ago
10 days ago
8 hours ago
instead of latest to oldest.
Please advise where this can be configured?
