Hello,

This is typically seen when the CA BI back-end connection or our database isn't setup correctly. On the CA BI server can you go to the Start Menu > BusinessObjects XI 3.1 > BusinessObjects Enterprise > BusinessObjects Enterprise Java InfoView. Please login and run the report directly. Do you receive an error?

Is the ReportAgent running on the DMS server?

I am pretty sure that to get this field to populate you need to run the report agent task manually.

On the DMS server:

1) Stop ControlMinder

secons -s

2) From <AccessControlServer>\APMS\AccessControl\bin execute:

ReportAgent -debug 0 -task 0 -now

If the last few lines do not state it has successfully run the report, post them here.

3) Start ControlMinder

Windows: seosd -start

Unix: seload

4) Try running the report again.

Realize the suggested steps and all ends well.

Ran the report again, but still show values in some parameters, such as: DMS

When I try to run the report from the report server, not shown me the parameter data for DMS

Please, what else could check, that this error is corrected.
