How can we retrive the log of change order from the Service Desk through PAM process.
We want to update the log comment in Change order to Notes of Service Catalog through PAM.
Please suggest on the same.

The way I have implemented this and have seen working is by having a PAM process triggered on 'Log Comment' activity status in Service Desk. This pam process would receive the id of the log comment record and can be used to get details of the log comment by using Service Desk operator or web services. The comment can then be used to create a note in Service Catalog by using catalog web service.
For creating Log Comment activity in Service Desk for New Note added to request in Catalog ->
In this scenario a event , rule and action would be triggered when a new Note is added to Request in Catalog. The PAM process would check to see if any Change Order ticket is associated with the request/request item id. If present then it would use use Service Desk operator/web services to create a new activity log for the corresponding change order in Service Desk system.
