ESP Workload Automation

Looking for some advice on how to do following things on Agent 1 from Agent 2 (maybe using AGENTMSG ?) -

1. Get agentparm.txt

2. Get any other random file from Agent 1

3. Restart Agent 1 from Agent 2

We are trying to automate some 'Agent getting stuck' resolutions.

I would first recommend opening a ticket on 'Agent getting stuck". The agent shouldn't get "Stuck" .

1) and 2)

This can be done with an FTP_JOB type. The agent on server 2 can get a file from server 1. This does not involve the agent on server 1.
