Report an Issue offering not working

Hi all,

we would like to use OOTB "Report an Issue" offering in Service Catalog. I'm not able to load incident areas to drop-down in the offering form. I configured Service Catalog integration to Service Desk, the Test button shows that integration is successful. I updated all offering ids on Content Configuration page -  Catalog - Configuration - Content Configuration but still not working. It seems that also "Reset Password Configuration" form should load Incident Areas but there is the same problem as in "Report an Issue".  There is no error in Service Desk log and Service Catalog view.log shows
