  • 1.  Support for NON-CSM...  the "Minders"..

    Howdy folks.. we are in a dilemma over here. We need to get support for our "Minder" suite... SiteMinder/IdentityMinder/GovMinder... but the point person here, is no longer with the company... to complicate the issue.. a third party was "implementing" the solution.

    Any one have an idea where I can start?

    Call CA Support at 800-225-5224. They will be able to help you open a support case and direct it to the appropriate team.
