I have set up PAM to use SSL and everything is working as expected except the connection from Service Desk.
I get the message:
There is a problem accessing CA IT PAM Workflow - please try again or contact the administrator. Details: ; nested exception is: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""
When I attempt to assign workflow to a Request Area.
HOWEVER, If I log into SDM using just Tomcat (as opposed to IIS) I can access PAM just fine, but only from the Primary server. From the secondary servers I get the above error whether I am using Tomcat or IIS.
I ran thru TEC539068 on how to set up PAM & SDM using SSL but the error message is different than what they outline.
