  • 1.  unable to view Approvals for the inactive investments

    Hi,

     

    Our Management is looking the project plans. They are not able to view Approvals (Non-Portfolio) for the inactive investments.

    They claim that the approval workflows should be available whether or not the plan is active.

    They serve as a record of what was approved (or not if they have been rejected).

    This data is proof that the work was approved and by whom and should be retained.

     

    Could you please help to figurase out why this approval history is missing?

    What would be the fix for this.

    Hello,

     

    Validate if marking a project with process running as inactive is possible, if system ask you "cancel process instances" before this should be the answer. Also could be that some users does not have appropriate global rights for see workflow execution. I noticed thar you are running 12.x version yet, you should prepare as soon as possible the product upgrade for enjoy all new features and also have support in case that your company does not have extended support.

    Thanks for your reply.

     

    But, if the mentioned issue related to permission,

    Though we have the admin privilege, we are also couldn't view the old workflow items.

     

    Yes.We are planning for the upgrade meanwhile.

    But, Could you be able to check and advise which particular permission enable the user to see the old -workflow items?
