Rather then have end users see an error message with a stack trace we would like them to see a user friendly error message or maybe have them directed to a catch all error message page which will tell them to call our helpdesk. Is this possible?
Can you provide more information on what JBoss errors that you are referring to?
The JBoss that Siteminder used is for WAMUI purpose.
Are you referring to user see JBoss error when login to WAMUI?

The problem here is that this is not IM throwing the error at all. This is JBoss. IM is not even being called, as JBoss hasn't passed the request to IM application yet. 500 errors are generally very generic.
