    Problem:

    When attempting to use Data Manager, get the following error.

    After clicking on the details link to get more information, you should see a more defined reason for the connection problem.

    Solution:
    After clearing up the Oracle connection problem (ORA-12505), recycle the Apache Tomcat 7.0 CA_CCC service and retry the operation.
