Why a deployed JMS Virtual Service expects JMS server to be up and running?

Question asked by svrajasekar on Aug 22, 2015

I created both VSI and VSM files by recording using JMS protocol.

After I deployed the service to VSE, I shutdown the JMS server and tried executing a test case.

But it throws "Unable to connect to broker service" error. Why?

Because a virtual service should not expect JMS to be running right?.

My testcase tries to send and receive messages from live queues.
