  • 1.  SOI Auditing: archive and delete old entries

    Posted Aug 25, 2015 10:04 AM

    Hi all,

    1. Is there an option to delete auditing entries older than X days?
    2. When using soitoolbox with the parameter –archiveHistoryData, what happens with the entries created by the auditor in dbo.AuditRecordActions; dbo.AuditRecords; dboAuditRecordTypes? Are they moved to the ArchiveDB as well?

Iam afraid that those tables are not part of the archiving mechanism yet.

    Regards

    Good Morning Andre,

The soitoolbox doesn't purge data from Audit tables. However, we can purge older data from AuditRecords table manually...

Ex: delete AuditRecords where TimeStamp >= <Value>

Please raise an ER on Idea Wall page to enhance this feature in the next release.

    Regards

    Brahma
