Is there any integration between Spectrum and ServiceNow?  Planned?

None curremtly OOTB, but there are many who use their own custom version. You could do the same, pretty easy

I have the same problem. I imagine that there are some people who managed to create their own integrations, but it would be nice if someone share some insights on how or what tools they used for integration. 

Having some guidelines or use practices would be very helpful.

We are not planning too deep of an integration initially.  More than likely we will continue to use the Rest API for outbound calls from Service Now into Spectrum and maybe eventually using some Inbound Web Services calls  into Service Now to populate the Incidents (currently using e-mail with inbound actions)
