Can someone tell us if Spectrum Alarms be acknowledged by an email? Is there any interaction from an email to Spectrum that could have the alarm cleared, or acknowledged?

I know Spectrum alarms can be acknowledged by
1. CLI (refer to ack alarm - Acknowledges Alarm - CA Spectrum - 10.0 - CA Wiki)
2. Web Services API (refer to Using Alarm Resources - CA Spectrum - 10.0 - CA Wiki)
but not by email.
*Acknowledged* alarm attribute is
Acknowledged: (Read/Write) Indicates the state of the alarm acknowledgment, that is, whether the user has seen the alarm.
Type: Boolean
Attribute ID: 0x11f4d

As Widjaja notes there is no specific way to acknowledge an alarm via email without customization, but one other option I figured I'd mention is that you can also acknowledge alarms via the Spectrum Mobile App...
