If you are a Google Chrome user, you may experience "Access Denied" errors when trying to use the Download Manager to download eHealth or Oracle update files from the Download Center.

The NPAPI plugin is probably disabled. It was disabled as of Chrome 42 . The workaround is to re-enable the plugin by opening Chrome and putting 'chrome://flags/#enable-npapi' in the address bar, then enable NPAPI.

Please note that the NPAPI plugin is scheduled to be disabled completely in Chrome v45 sometime in September. We are actively working on replacing the current DLM with a new version from Akamai. In the meantime, the alternative is to use another download method including download via the browser or ftp, or use a different browser.
