  • 1.  Incident Transition functionality

    Hello,

    We are using incident trasitions.

    Users receive banner "AHD05920:The status transition condition macro did not allow this status transition to occur." How user can undersnd what field he must populate to be able to change the status?

    Hi,

    open status transition list in Administration tab (Service Desk -> Req/Inc -> Status Transition),

    find constraint that fits your statuses,

    there might be defined some site-defined condition which prevents status transition.

    Hi, of course, we have some transition's conditions.

    But I'm telling about end user. How he will know what to do with this fantastic AHD-message?

    that error message means that you have not defined any custom message,

    define one to prevent default message:
