Letter to CA ITSM customers regarding competitor communications

    Dear IT Service Management Customers,

It has been brought to our attention on several occasions that certain competitors are emailing CA customers that ‘CA has officially exited the service management market’. These statements from our competition are false.

Our IT Service Management (ITSM) business at CA is strong and we have committed to deliver comprehensive ITSM features, as well as continue to support our vast customer base.

In fact, we have recently completed an ethnographic research project were we studied over 100 ITSM experts across a wide range of companies in both size and industry, as well as across all ITSM personas such as IT service desk analyst, problem managers and change / release managers.  Our research has given us tremendous insight into how companies and IT service support team members utilize ITSM today and how we can improve not only ITSM products, but also the industry to adapt to the Application Economy.

We also have great ITSM presence at CA World 2015. We will have sessions dedicated to our research study, as well as numerous CA and customer led sessions, and a long list of education and technical trainings. For more details please read this post. We hope to see our ITSM community in Las Vegas this November.

If you have any questions regarding our CA World activities or you need help registering for the event please contact your CA account representative.

    Regards,

    ITSM Product Team
