When will ITCA support Windows 10?  And which components (Software Delivery, Remote Control, Asset Management, OSIM, DNA) will support it?

In Detecting Windows 10 OS the Product Manager advised that we are working on the windows 10 support.

I have some extra news for you. We are working on the Windows 10 certification now for the full agent. OSIM and SS.

I cannot provide any committed dates on this as that can only come from product Management

Thank you for your reply. I'm one person more wondering and needing the same that DLVaughn.

However, i've seen that, the machines with Win10, ITCM are recognizing them as Windows 8. I don't know if it's just my case

We should have the Windows 10 support fix rolled out in later half of September . This fix will be certified to support agent, SS and OSIM.

Agent refers to the Software Delivery, Asset Management, and Remote Control plugins. If by DNA you mean Desktop Migration Manager (DMM) then this would be a separate effort. I do not yet have any info/ETA available for Windows 10 certification there.

Thank you for the update and yes I meant Desktop Migration Manager (I couldn't remember what it was being called now).  We have a client who will be migrating to Windows 10 at the end of the year and it would be nice if DMM supported Windows 10 by then.

Will you be using Automated Migration Manager for this or just manually migrating?

That decision has not been made at this time.  It would be a nice option to have to present to the client.

One thing I did forget to ask is which release of ITCA will support Windows 10?

We are certifying it against Client Automation 12.9.

Hi all.

September is over, i cannot see an Windows 10 update for ITCA. When will the update come? I have to test our SW Packages against windows 10 and we are running a few windows 10 clients, i would be happy when the update will come soon.

I believe we are still working out a few final things with Microsoft, so the update is still pending but should be available soon. Keep checking back, and we will announce it here as soon as it is ready.
