I can't find integration document for IPSwitch (www.ipswitch.com). They have different kind of products (network monitoring, file transfer, Email collaboration, web browswer automation and testing), which product that you are looking to integrate with Siteminder?

You can check with ipswitch if they have any integration documents as I presume they will provide if it is supported to integrate with Siteminder.

Alternatively, you can engage CA Services to provide integration assistance.

I was hoping for an integration guide.
