Has anyone used the BlamePointTracerLite in .NET environments?

We found the link to this tracer files in the following thread talking about blame technology:

What is Blame technology?

From the ca support it is stated as unsupported and was used only for 8.x java agents

Hi Fotis:

    As you noted, this tracer is no longer supported and replaced by other Blame Point Tracers. Also no one has provided any other responses. So while it may be technically possible, other avenues should be explored for a supported solution
