Hi All,

I have installed the Dev Test 8.0 but in Enterprise Dashboard URL its coming the status as "Stopped". Can you guys please let me know how I can start, And I'm following the below step :

Step 1: Started the Enterprise Dashboard

Step 2 : Started the Registry

Step 3 : Started the startdefservers to start simluator,co-ordinator,etc.,

Can you please let me know what I have missed apart from these above steps.

And When I try to open the Workstation with default registry it's not opening.

A few things to clarify here -

- Is the Dashboard service still running or is shutdown?

- can you check the enterprisedashboard.log file for any errors on startup?

If this is the first time you are starting the Dashboard then it is a must that the Dashboard service starts properly without any issues. Only once that is started, then you can start the Registry service where the license information is verified. Once that's done, you can proceed to start the other services. As expected if the above does not happen, the WS will also not come up correctly which is seen in your environment.

Thanks for the reply.

I have debug the issue, it was with the "Read Permission" ie., When I try to open the Registry.exe file it was not able to write i.e, I didn't had the write permission or Admin Permission for it.

With the help of Admin rights now I'm able to see the VSE, Co-ordinator, Simulator, Workstation count as 1.
