We have CA Clarity PPM 13.2 installed with about 500 perpetual user licenses purchased. My question is regarding rights to the CA PPM 13.2 application software and previously purchased user licenses if maintenance/support is not purchased ongoing. Does the company/client retain the rights to the application software within the limitations of 1 Production environment and 3 non Production environments along with the number of previously purchased user licenses if maintenance/support is not purchased? I can't find license documentation regarding this. Any information or redirect on this would greatly be appreciated.
