Tickets not show under My QUEUE scoreboard.

Hello SD Experts,

In our environment,We have noticed that some analysts are unable to view some requests in their queue (i.e “MY QUEUE”) to treat, such request can only be viewed if the analyst searches through all incidents assigned.


For example Adewale Jegede is unable to view incidents 652098 and incident 644578 although the incidents are assigned to him.

Please, What could be the reason?
