I am creating an application catalog service and I would like to retrieve the ticket ID created in SDM. Is there a web service to retrieve. ? Because when I create my application, I use the web service "addTicketToRequestItem"
In your PAM process when you are creating ticket in Service Desk system using Service Desk operator or web service methods, the create ticket operation will return you the ticket number and id assoicated with the object.
You will have to parse the response message to extract this information.
You can then use this as part of 'addTicketToRequestItem' to update your request in catalog with Service Desk ticket number.
