We are in the Eastern time zone. Has anyone else on the east coast run into the problem of support not showing up or making calls no earlier than 11:00 EDT?
While we actually only sell in our state which has EDT and CDT because some of our clients are on the west coast we have staffing available for their business hours.
It gets a little irritating to come and find a voice mail from the day before around 6 PM.
Am I alone in this?
