Hold Comment Box Missing after SDM upgrade to 14.1

We have upgraded SDM to 14.1 from 12.5. All the features are updated, however in our old service desk, we had a customized which allowed us to put tickets on Hold after entering Hold justification.

Now the same option is not there. What needs to be done. Please help!!!
