Hi, In SDM I created a macro of type Multiple Notification, attached a template to it. While executing this macro in an event, the notification message received had missed the values of the ticket( eg. Ref number, Assignee, Group,.). But all the details are mentioned in the message template. The same template when we used for a notification rule all the details are displayed in the notification message. Issue is using the template with Multiple Notification type macro. Has anyone faced this issue before?
